Entsorgung + Recycling Zürich (ERZ) obliegt die gesetzliche Aufgabe, in der Stadt Zürich Wertstoffe wie z.B. Kleinmetall einzusammeln. Die Weiterverwertung von Kleinmetall kann demgegenüber nicht durch ERZ bewerkstelligt werden, weshalb ERZ die Übernahme und Weiterverwertung dieses Wertstoffes gegen Abgeltung des Wertes des Kleinmetalls einem Dritten überlassen muss. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst die Übernahme, Sortierung sowie die stoffliche Verwertung des durch ERZ in der Stadt Zürich gesammelten Kleinmetalls.
