Die Erweiterung der Passkontrollhalle umfasst zwei Bauetappen: einen Anbau (Neubau) sowie einen Umbau im Bestand. Die Baumeisterarbeiten werden auf den Baufeldern 01 und 02 ausgeführt. Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung sind sämtliche für die Realisierung erforderlichen Baumeisterarbeiten einschliesslich der notwendigen Abbrucharbeiten, provisorischen Massnahmen sowie der Abdichtungsarbeiten. Die Leistungen umfassen sowohl Arbeiten am Neubau als auch Anpassungen und Eingriffe im bestehenden Bauwerk. Dabei sind die erhöhten Anforderungen an die Ausführung im Bestandsbereich sowie die Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs zu berücksichtigen.
