Erstellen einer Medienverbindung zum Gebäude A40 als unterirdisches Bauwerk, beinhaltend Baugrubensicherungsarbeiten (Spundwände und Spriesse), Pfahlfundationen (Bohrpfähle), Belagsabbruch und Aushubarbeiten inkl. Abtransport, Baumeisterarbeiten (Stahlbeton), Abdichtungs- und Dämmarbeiten, Erdung, Kieslieferung und Einbau, Belagsarbeiten sowie Baustelleninstallation und Nebenarbeiten. Die Arbeiten finden auf der Luftseite des Flughafens statt.
