- Works include bored piles with activation and connection, excavation removal and disposal, site installations and ancillary trades.
- Eligibility
- Requires average annual turnover of at least CHF 30 million (2020-2025), 100 site or transport staff, and two comparable references started within five years.
- Award
- Price carries 60%; milestone dates and project understanding each carry 20%.
- Watch out
- Contractor-guaranteed milestone dates are subject to contractual penalties; the bank must guarantee 5% of the net offered price.
