- Deliverables
- Coordinate separately appointed specialist planners and deliver SIA phases 31-53 for work packages 2-4.
- Contract
- Hourly payment against evidenced work, capped by binding cost ceilings; each phase requires written release.
- Eligibility
- Provide two-month-old commercial-register and three-month-old debt-register extracts, plus CHF 10 million liability cover.
- Award
- Award weights: average hourly rate 40%, key-person experience 35%, and estimated hours plausibility 25%.

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe der Architektur-, Gesamtleitungs- und Bauleitungsleistungen für das Projekt «F&L MRT-Zentrum Lengg». Der Auftrag umfasst: − Arbeitspaket 2: Umbau des Trakts AV zum MRT-Zentrum; − Arbeitspaket 3: Verlagerung der MRT-Infrastruktur vom Trakt TM in den Trakt AV; − Arbeitspaket 4: Freigabe des Trakts TM für die Baufeldfreimachung Lengg OST. Das beauftragte Architekturbüro übernimmt die Gesamtleitung und Bauleitung auf Planerseite. Die erforderlichen Fachplaner und Spezialisten werden durch die Auftraggeberin separat beauftragt und durch den Gesamtleiter koordiniert und fachlich integriert. − Arbeitspaket 1 – die Rochade der heutigen Nutzungen aus dem Trakt AV – ist nicht Bestandteil des ausgeschriebenen Mandats. Dieses Arbeitspaket wird vorgängig geplant und koordiniert seitens Auftraggeberin.
