EPFL is establishing new supplier contracts for printed monographs so its library can support on-site consultation and borrowing under its collection policy.
- Deliverables
- Supply printed monographs through a platform with complete bibliographic information.
- Contract
- Up to 6 suppliers; annual maximum budgets are CHF 15,000 for Lot 1 and CHF 65,000 for Lot 2.
- Eligibility
- Submit 3 current similar-client references and hold liability insurance of at least CHF 5M per event.
- Award
- Quality 40%, price 30%, references 20%, and sustainability 10%.
- Watch out
- Integrity breaches trigger a penalty of 10% of contract value, at least CHF 3,000 per infraction.
- Lot 1
- Printed monographs in French.
- Lot 2
- Printed monographs in English.
