Le présent marché concerne la réalisation des aménagements extérieurs dans le cadre de la rénovation du CID et comprend notamment l’aménagement de nouvelles zones plantées, arborées et perméables, l’adaptation des capacités de stationnement dont l’ajout de nouvelles places vélos, divers aménagements en faveur de la biodiversité locale comme régionale, ainsi que des adaptations du contexte local en vue de lutter contre les phénomènes de chaleur urbaine et les effets des évolutions climatiques à venir.
