The Private Infrastructure Development Group PIDG is currently reviewing its Human Resource systems. At present, data is held in a single HRIS, with some documents stored in SharePoint and some compensation data being tracked in spreadsheets which are manually updated in Payroll. The team wishes to consider other HRIS options as part of a market review and with a desire to implement a modern, user-friendly system that can easily handle the complexities of operating internationally and integrate with the international payroll provider www.activpayroll. PIDG’s current headcount is circa 320, including approximately 50 non-employees, across four locations – United Kingdom, Singapore, Kenya and Morocco. Some headcount growth (estimated at approximately 10%) is anticipated based on annual business planning and budgeting requirements. The headcount growth may be within or outside the four locations. PIDG is looking for its HR systems to provide: · A modern, intuitive and easy to use system that will provide the single source of truth for employee data across the organisation. · Efficiencies for the HR team, allowing them to focus on value-add rather than administrative work. · Tools that will encourage and support managers and employees to leverage self-service capabilities. · A holistic system that can connect core HR data, performance, development and compensation to provide a positive experience for both managers and employees.
