Ville de Nyon is procuring engineering services for heating, cooling, ventilation, building automation and technical coordination as the Musée du Léman’s five existing buildings are renovated and a contemporary extension is added. The project expands exhibition space and enables display of its boat collection.
- Deliverables
- Provide SIA 108 services for heating/refrigeration, ventilation/climatisation, coordination and building automation, through commissioning.
- Contract
- Fees are phased; the first phase is envisaged as a lump sum, with later phases potentially forfaitised.
- Eligibility
- Lead engineer needs an EPFL, Z, Swiss HES/ETS or equivalent degree, or REG A/B registration; incomplete bids are excluded.
- Award
- Price weighs 50%; organisation 15%, technical quality 10%, execution structure 10% and references 15%.
- Watch out
- The client may stop the mandate after any SIA phase without compensation; Chammartin & Spicher SA was pre-involved.
