Les travaux comprennent la fourniture et la pose des installations sanitaires pour l'extension du Campus Scolaire de l'EPSVJ au Sentier, incluant la mise hors service et le raccordement provisoire des installations existantes, la pose des appareils sanitaires et équipements spéciaux (adoucisseur d'eau, station de relevage des eaux usées), les réseaux d'eau froide, d'eau chaude et de circulation, les évacuations des eaux usées et pluviales ainsi que les isolations des conduites. Les travaux sont réalisés en site occupé, le complexe scolaire demeurant en exploitation durant toute la durée du chantier.
