- One planning mandate uses the KBOB No. 30 standard contract; works budget is CHF 4'500'000,- TTC.

- Provide project leadership, architecture, works direction and electrical engineering; key staff need recognised qualifications.

- Price weighs 30%; execution organisation 25%, technical quality 17%, base organisation 10% and references 18%.

Dans le cadre de la LPCJ (loi fédérale sur les plateformes de communication électronique dans le domaine judiciaire), l'ordre judiciaire vaudois (OJV) et le Ministère public (MP) prévoient la mise en conformité du câblage IT et l'ajout de câblage IT/force dans 19 offices, en sites occupés. Cet appel d'offres vise à désigner un planificateur général couvrant : la direction de projet, l'architecture, la direction des travaux et l'ingénierie électrique.
