CHUV’s CIT-S is upgrading ventilation and air-treatment controls across four hospital-building projects to replace pneumatic systems and improve energy performance.
- Deliverables
- Works cover CVC, hydraulics and E-MCR, including new control panels and CHUV supervision integration.
- Lot 1
- BH10: modernise CVC and remove pneumatic controls, including BH08 equipment.
- Lot 2
- MAT01: replace pneumatic valves and dampers; remove humidifier GP37.
- Lot 3
- FASOL: eliminate all pneumatic equipment and install variable-airflow controls.
- Lot 4
- BU 19 IST: replace two air-handling units and add glycol-water heat recovery.
