CHUV’s CIT-S is upgrading air-treatment systems across four hospital projects to modernise controls and ventilation equipment, remove pneumatic systems and support energy performance.
- Deliverables
- Works cover hydraulic, ventilation and E-MCR systems, including new air-handling units and VAV controls.
- Watch out
- Works and commissioning must be phased around CHUV operations; some areas are sensitive.
- Lot 1
- BH10 and BH08 HVAC, hydraulic and E-MCR modernisation; remove pneumatic controls.
- Lot 2
- MAT01: replace pneumatic valves and dampers; remove humidifier GP37.
- Lot 3
- FASOL: eliminate pneumatic systems and modernise VAV equipment and MCR controls.
- Lot 4
- BU19 IST: replace two air-handling units; add glycol-water heat recovery.
