La Commune de Pully publie un appel d’offres portant sur les travaux de CFC 273 à réaliser sur deux objets distincts, soit : bâtiment 9-11 (réhabilitation des bâtiments de l'Av. Guillemin 9 et 11, classé patrimoine note 3) bâtiment 7 (transformation et mise en conformité de la Garderie du Parc, Av. Guillemin 7, classé patrimoine note 3). Les deux bâtiments feront l'objet de deux contrats distincts. Toutefois, les prestations du présent appel d'offres seront adjugées à un seul soumissionnaire. À cette fin, les soumissionnaires sont tenus de remettre une offre unique et globale couvrant l’ensemble des bâtiments. Cette offre unique devra impérativement distinguer, de manière claire et détaillée, les prestations, les fournitures de matériel ainsi que les prix afférents à chacun des bâtiments. Les offres partielles ou portant sur un seul bâtiment sont expressément exclues et seront déclarées irrégulières.
