GEI’s Service immobilier et patrimoine is procuring recurring checks of safety systems across Valais central buildings to maintain their operation.
- Deliverables
- Annual maintenance covers emergency lighting, smoke extraction, pressurisation and evacuation sound systems.
- Contract
- One framework contract; preventive maintenance is forfait-priced and billed annually, with separate charges for extra work.
- Eligibility
- Provide one engineer or qualified technician, two qualified workers with BA4 and BLS first-aid training, and four staff overall.
- Award
- Price weighs 60%, methodology and scheduling 25%, and quality 15%.
- Watch out
- Prices are fixed for five years, subject to adjustment if costs rise at least 5%; offers bind for six months.
