Das Wachtgebäude (WG) besteht aus einem Untergeschoss, einem Erdgeschoss und einem Obergeschoss und dient zur Kontrolle des Zugangs der Kaserne Auenfeld sowie zur Unterbringung von Arrestanten. Die Submission BKP 201.3 Aushubarbeiten beinhaltet rund 1'000m3 maschineller Aushub, die Erstellung von rund 100 Bohrpfählen, Sondage und Schutz von Werkleitungen sowie eine offene Wasserhaltung mit einem voraussichtlichen Wasseranfall von 48m3/h.
