Spitalanlagengesellschaft HOCH Health Ostschweiz is commissioning landscaping for Haus O’s oncology garden and courtyard, alongside the hospital’s second construction phase, to complete the new building’s outdoor areas.
- Deliverables
- Works include planting, paving, drainage, water features and natural-stone walls.
- Contract
- Single works contract; no extension; payment is based on the net works price including VAT.
- Eligibility
- Submit two comparable completed landscaping references from the last 3 years, PQM, adequate resources and sustainability evidence.
- Award
- Price carries 50%, company and key-person references 30%; highest weighted score wins.
- Watch out
- The client may omit individual works or phases; price scoring reaches zero at 50% above the lowest valid offer.

Die Neubauten des Spitals in Grabs bestehen aus den beiden Häusern S und O. Das Haus S wird in drei Etappen realisiert, das Haus O zusammen mit der Etappe 2 des Hauses S. Die erste Etappe des Hauses S wurde im September 2020 in Betrieb genommen. Die zweite Etappe und das Haus O sollen bis ende 2027 fertig erstellt sein. Danach erfolgt die dritte und letzte Etappe des Hauses S welche ca. im 2032 dem Betrieb übergeben werden soll. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, einzelne Arbeiten oder Etappen nicht auszuführen. Die nachstehend umschriebenen Arbeiten betreffen die Umgebungsarbeiten von Haus O, Onkologiegarten und Innenhof
