Bodenplatte, Streifenfundamente, Stützen und Treppenhauskerne sind aus Ortbeton. Kurzbeschrieb ausgeschriebene Arbeiten Dacheindeckung Schrägdach mit Dünnblech und alle übrigen Spenglerarbeiten. Absturzsicherungen, RWA Öffnungen, Blitzschutz aussen.
