Im neuen Tunnel Kaiserstuhl ist die komplette Löschwasserversorgung zu erstellen. Neben den Anlagen im Sicherheitsstollen (SiSto), den Querverbindungen und den Hydranten an der Fahrbahn gehören auch die Leitungsbauarbeiten durch die beiden Technikzentralen an den Portalen Süd und Nord sowie in den Anschlussbereichen zu den offenen Strecken dazu. Das Baulos 19b umfasst im Wesentlichen: die Auslegung, Lieferung und Montage aller Leitungskonsolen, Rohrschellen inkl. Befestigungen in den Untergrund für die Löschwasserhauptleitung im SiSto und die Zubringer- sowie Spülleitungen durch die Querverbindungen zwischen SiSto und den Hydranten an der Fahrbahn; die Lieferung und Montage aller Druckleitungen in Duktilguss (ca. 1900m) und E-Stahl (ca. 750m) durch die Querverbindungen zwischen SiSto und der Fahrbahn sowie den Armaturen (ca. 70 Stk.), Spüleinrichtungen und Hydranten (13 Stk.); die Lieferung und Montage der Druckerhöhungsanlagen im Pumpwerk der Tunnelzentrale Süd. Die Arbeiten Baulos 19b sind gemäss den übergeordneten Terminen des Tunnelausbaus sowie den Bauarbeiten an der offenen Strecke auszuführen.
