Amt für Mobilität is procuring lead management and engineering to upgrade and redesign 1 km of KH3 between the NW/OW border and St. Jakob, following its existing preliminary project and a bus-stop adjustment.
- Deliverables
- Road engineering includes drainage, streetscape design, traffic planning and utility coordination; SIA phases 32-53, with 52/53 optional.
- Contract
- One planning-services contract; phases 52/53 are optional, and extension is possible subject to approvals and schedule delays.
- Eligibility
- Three comparable projects collectively must cover SIA phases 32-53, costs of at least 3 Mio, urban works, BehiG bus stops and separate cycle/pedestrian paths, completed within 10 years; offers must be in German.
- Award
- Price 35%, key personnel 30%, assignment analysis 25% and sustainability 10%; lowest valid price scores highest on price.

- Offers remain binding for 6 months or 180 days after submission closing.

Grundlage bildet das Vorprojekt vom 16.11.2022 und die Projektanpassung im Bereich Bushaltestelle St. Jakob vom 28.05.2025.
