The Service des ponts et chaussées is commissioning planning and authorisation documents to enable lake restoration using clean excavation material from the Neuchâtel, La Chaux-de-Fonds direct line.

- For each site, prepare a PACSD plan, regulations, explanatory report and environmental impact assessment.
- Eligibility
- Pass binary eligibility checks and submit two recent lake-shore references over CHF 300,000 and one PACSD reference over CHF 250,000.
- Award
- Price weighs 25%; execution organisation 40%; technical offer quality 25%; base organisation and references 10%.
- Watch out
- Contractual penalties apply if the awardee or its subcontractors breach their obligations.
