The City of La Chaux-de-Fonds is replacing the statically inadequate cover slab of its wastewater treatment plant inlet channel, restoring the structure while keeping both channels and vehicle access operating.

- Watch out
- Contractual penalties: 5% of contract value per breach, capped at CHF 100'000 per breach; 25% higher for repeat breaches.

L’arrivée des eaux à la STEP de la Chaux-de-Fond se fait à travers un canal en béton armé qui se trouve sous la route d’accès à la STEP. La dalle haute du canal doit être démolie et remplacée sur 230 ml pour des questions statiques. Les travaux doivent être réaliser sans entraver le fonctionnement des canaux et sans couper l’accès des véhicules jusqu’à la STEP. Travaux prévus : Démolition de la dalle existante du canal. Reconstruction de la dalle avec l'aide de prédalles. Assainissement local des bétons à l'intérieur du canal. Mise en place d'une étanchéité. Réalisation des aménagements extérieurs (enrobés).
