- Deliver a turnkey modular building with eight classrooms, four group rooms, kindergarten and day-care space.
- Contract
- One turnkey general-contractor contract at fixed prices; optional one-storey extension is separately priced.
- Eligibility
- Require 2-3 comparable CHF 1.5-3 Mio. projects from the last 5 years and reserved capacity.
- Award
- Award weights price 50%, quality 20%, schedule and logistics 20%, sustainability and materials 10%.
- Watch out
- Prices remain fixed without inflation adjustment; offers bind for 6 months and award depends on credit approval.

Die Gemeinde Malters plant die Erweiterung der Schulräumlichkeiten auf der Schulanlage Eischachen mittels eines dreigeschossigen Modulbaus. Der Neubau umfasst Räumlichkeiten für den Kindergarten, Schulzimmer, flexible Gruppenräume sowie Flächen für die Tagesstruktur. Zwischen dem bestehenden Schulhaus und dem neuen Modulbau entstehen vielfältige Freiräume für Unterricht, Spiel, Aufenthalt und Begegnung.
