- Bidders need 3 recent (< 5 years) Justice product-integration references, French-speaking teams, and technical and functional representation in Switzerland.
- Watch out
- Offers remain binding for three months; confidentiality or data-security breaches can incur penalties of 10%, capped at CHF 50'000 per breach.
