L'objet du marché consiste en la réfection de la rue du Stand à Moutier (CH) sur une longueur de 270 m environ. Le marché comprend les prestations suivantes : réfection de chaussée en enrobé, réfection de chaussée pavée, réfection de pavés de bord, bordures et surfaces pavées, mise en séparatif du réseau d'assainissement des eaux, raccordement de l'eau d'évacuation de fontaines, soutien et coordination pour assainissement du réseau d'eau potable, extensions des réseaux d'approvisionnement électrique et de télécommunication.
