Le marché concerne des prestations de soutien comme assistant du maître d'ouvrage (AMO/BAMO) dans le cadre de la construction du nouvel « Hôpital Gare Sud ». L’appel d’offres porte sur le choix d’un assistant du maître d’ouvrage pour élaborer le dossier d’appel d’offres et conduire la sélection de l’entreprise totale pour la réalisation du projet, ainsi que pour l’accompagnement jusqu’à l’obtention de l’ensemble des permis de construire nécessaires et, en option, l’accompagnement de la construction jusqu’à la fin du contrat avec l’entreprise totale.
