L’objet du marché consiste à fournir une offre d’une validité de 6 mois pour un porte-outils communal adapté aux travaux de déneigement ainsi qu’aux travaux de débardage et de manutention en bordure de rivières. Le véhicule disposera d’une stabilité latérale lui permettant d’effectuer des travaux de grue sur des terrains en pente. L’offre devra notamment intégrer les équipements suivants : · Système « multilift » · 4 roues directrices · 4 roues motrices · Transmission automatique adaptée aux manœuvres de déneigement · Une berce avec grue et béquilles · Une lame à neige de qualité supérieure · Prises de force à l’avant et à l’arrière (pré-équipement pour éventuels futurs agrégats) Ainsi que les éléments suivants en option : · Une berce alu standard · Une berce adaptée au transport de matériaux · Adaptation de la saleuse Hilltip déjà en possession de la Ville de Delémont L’offre fournie doit répondre aux conditions de participation, aux critères d’aptitude et aux spécifications techniques détaillés dans les documents d’appel d’offres.
