Stadt Chur is seeking up to four AV system integrators for project, lifecycle and service work, including school modernisation and ongoing AV needs.
- Deliverables
- Work and installation planning, hardware, installation, programming, commissioning, training, maintenance and standardisation.
- Contract
- Framework for up to four suppliers; call-offs via mini-tenders, with a CHF 5'900'000 ceiling and optional two-year extensions twice.
- Eligibility
- Each bidder and subcontractor needs two comparable completed AV references, each worth at least CHF 150'000; offers must be in German.
- Award
- Price 30%, technical competence 35%, customer satisfaction 25%, quality, organisation and sustainability 10%; presentations and interviews assessed.
- Watch out
- No guaranteed orders or minimum volume; offer binding for three months, with penalties for delay and confidentiality or security breaches.

Mit dieser Rahmenvertragsausschreibung hat die Stadt Chur das Ziel, bis zu vier fachkompetente, leistungsfähige und kundenorientierte AV-Systemintegratoren für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit zu beschaffen. Bei den zu erbringenden Leistungen geht es um die gesamtheitliche Abwicklung von Projekten, Life Cycles und Servicearbeiten auf Auftrags- und Bedarfsbasis. Das Leistungsspektrum beinhaltet folgende Punkte (siehe im Detail Anhang 1 AV-Leistungsverzeichnis): • Werk- und Montageplanung (keine Fachplanung) • Projektleitung • Lieferung Hardware • Installation • Programmierung / Konfigurierung / Software / AV-Netzwerkintegration • Inbetriebsetzung • Abnahme und Mängelbefreiung • Dokumentation • Übergabe und Schulung • Gewährleistung • Service, Wartung und Unterhalt • Mitarbeit bei der Standardisierung
