- Deliverables
- Renovate ventilation systems serving the chemistry, kitchen and refectory, laundry, laboratory, and sanitary areas.
- Contract
- Separate enterprise and maintenance contracts; offer includes two years of maintenance and servicing.
- Eligibility
- Prove at least three years’ activity in the relevant trade; submit the offer in French.
- Award
- Price including maintenance 30%; execution organisation and technical quality 35%; references 30%; sustainability 5%.
- Watch out
- Offers remain firm for 12 months from submission; minimum score 2 on each elimination criterion.
