Le présent marché porte sur les travaux d’installations sanitaires dans le cadre de la rénovation et de la transformation du bâtiment PICTO, situé avenue Ernest-Pictet 28–30 à Genève. Les prestations comprennent notamment la réalisation des installations sanitaires, y compris les réseaux d’alimentation en eau, les évacuations des eaux usées et eaux claires, la fourniture et la pose des appareils sanitaires, ainsi que l’ensemble des travaux, raccordements, essais et mises en service nécessaires à la réalisation complète des installations. Les travaux seront réalisés en coordination avec les autres corps de métier intervenant dans le cadre de la rénovation globale du bâtiment.
