La commune de Collonge-Bellerive lance cet appel d’offres en procédure ouverte afin de mandater une équipe pluridisciplinaire pilotée par un bureau d'ingénieurs civil pour les phases 31 à 53 selon SIA 103. L’objectif de ce marché est de proposer un projet permettant, entre autres, de remettre à neuf l’infrastructure routière, les aménagements de surface et les équipements associés ainsi que la réfection des réseaux d’assainissements et l’enfouissement des ligne aérienne.
