IMAD is procuring employee accident, supplementary accident and sickness daily-benefit insurance to maintain staff coverage across three lots.
- Deliverables
- Coverage comprises LAA/LAAC, MAPG and short-term sickness daily benefits from day 1 to 60.
- Contract
- One contract per awarded lot, fixed for 3 years, then renewed tacitly year by year; premium rates are guaranteed.
- Eligibility
- Swiss-domiciled insurers or health funds, FINMA-recognised and authorised under LSA, must cover each proposed lot fully.
- Award
- Lots 1 and 2: price 50%, technical quality 30%, execution organisation 10%, candidate organisation 10%.
- Watch out
- Rates are guaranteed and termination for claims waived; submitted offers are firm and cannot be unilaterally withdrawn.

- Sickness loss-of-earnings insurance (MAPG).

À compter du 1er janvier 2027, les collaboratrices et collaborateurs de l’IMAD devront continuer à bénéficier des couvertures d’assurance LAA, LAAC, MAPG et assurance court terme définies dans le présent cahier des charges. Ces couvertures constituent l’objet du présent appel d’offres.
