Le présent marché porte sur les travaux de chauffage et de ventilation dans le cadre de la rénovation et de la transformation du bâtiment PICTO, situé avenue Ernest-Pictet 28–30 à Genève. Les prestations comprennent notamment la réalisation des installations de chauffage et de ventilation, y compris les équipements, réseaux de distribution, raccordements ainsi que l’ensemble des travaux, fournitures, essais, contrôles et mises en service nécessaires à la réalisation complète des installations. Les travaux seront réalisés en coordination avec les autres corps de métier intervenant dans le cadre de la rénovation globale du bâtiment.
