- Architectural planning covers SIA phases 32 to 53.
- Contract
- Fees are based on CHF 3 208 772.- in eligible construction costs, excluding VAT.
- Eligibility
- The offer must be in French and include required attestations; a mandatory visit is exclusionary if applicable.
- Watch out
- Offers remain binding for 12 months; a-architectes sàrl is authorized to bid after SIA phase 31.
