HFR is procuring private security services to protect staff, patients and property, and provide prevention and surveillance across its hospital sites.
- Deliverables
- Provide at least 7 fixed agents, 24/7 cover, daily patrols and on-call response across five sites.
- Contract
- One mandate contract with one supplier; annual service prices are paid monthly, with a two-year extension option.
- Eligibility
- Submit at least 3 similar references, including 2 in Switzerland; offers and agents must meet French-language requirements.
- Award
- Price carries 50.00% and supplier organisation 20.00% of the evaluation.
- Watch out
- Offers remain binding for 12 months; subcontracting and bidder consortia are prohibited.
