The Federal Roads Office is re-tendering natural-hazard services for the Le Locle bypass because the existing mandate cannot cover delivery through commissioning. The purpose is to provide project design and local works supervision for the western sector and north of the Tunnel des Brenets.

Le projet de contournement de la ville du Locle est un nouvel aménagement et consiste en un évitement en tunnel par le Nord (un tube bidirectionnel avec galerie de sécurité), qui débute vers la gare Col des Roches (site de la carrière des Granges) pour aboutir à la jonction existante du Crêt-du-Locle. Le périmètre de l’étude comprend l’ensemble du contournement du Locle (N20). L’office fédéral des routes (OFROU) a repris le projet et organisé les appels d’offres mandataires en 2020-21. L’évolution du projet et l’ampleur des prestations à réaliser implique que certains lots de mandataires ne pourront pas aller jusqu’à la mise en service, c’est le cas pour le lot Dangers Naturels, objet de la présente remise en appel d’offres. L'objet du présent appel d'offre porte sur les prestations d'APR et DLT pour les Dangers Naturels au Locle Ouest. Les phases concernées vont de la phase 41 (appel d’offres) à la phase 53 (mise en service).
