The State of Fribourg, represented by SITel, is adding five tax services to its Virtual Counter to extend online services, with support and maintenance.
- Deliverables
- Implement five services: tax-payment certificates, payment arrangements, tax refunds, filing extensions and supplementary tax-return documents.
- Contract
- Support and maintenance run 48 months; annual maintenance billing and a 10-day evolving-maintenance time bank are included.
- Eligibility
- Provide one recent 12-month tax-administration IT mandate; delivery staff must work at SITel and meet French C1 or native level.
- Award
- Price and solution quality each weigh 35%; bidder quality weighs 25%, sustainability 5%.
- Watch out
- Offers remain binding for six months; submitted prices must be justified, non-zero and include applicable taxes.
