Evolution of the Clarity platform

The Service de l'informatique et des télécommunications (SITel) is renewing Broadcom Clarity SPM licences and moving the existing platform to SaaS. The procurement sustains service through maintenance, support and expert assistance.

L’Etat de Fribourg, représenté par la Direction des Finances (DFIN), lance un AO sur le renouvellement des licences de la solution Broadcom Clarity Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), sa migration vers la plateforme Broadcom Clarity SaaS, ainsi que les prestations de maintenance, de support et d'assistance technique et fonctionnelle. Il comprend également les prestations de conseil, de transfert de connaissances et d'accompagnement nécessaires pour garantir la continuité de service et la pérennité de la solution. Le marché est prévu pour une durée de 5 ans, soit du 31.12.2026 au 30.12.2031.
