Objet et étendue du marché : Le présent marché porte sur les travaux de maçonnerie et de gros œuvre en béton armé pour la construction d'une école primaire et d'une salle de sport à Massonnens (FR), Chemin sur la Vella 1, parcelle n° 515. Le marché comprend notamment : Les travaux de gros œuvre en béton armé du bâtiment (fondations, dalles, poteaux, murs) ; La maçonnerie ; Les travaux de canalisations et d'évacuation des eaux liés au bâtiment ; Les aménagements extérieurs accessoires au chantier.. L'entreprise adjudicataire doit être à même d'assurer l'ensemble de ces prestations. Les prestations sont détaillées dans le dossier d'appel d'offres, la série de prix et les plans annexés.
