FINMA is seeking an external provider to operate, maintain, support and further develop its long-term storage system, including supplying the required application and software components.
- Deliverables
- The scope includes an introduction project, licences, support, maintenance, further development and innovations.

- A framework agreement is planned, with separate service-package contracts.
- Eligibility
- Bidders must submit the signed declaration confirming statutory participation conditions are met.
- Watch out
- The framework agreement provides for contractual penalties and liability limits for certain damages.

Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sucht die Auftraggeberin eine Anbieterin, welche den Betrieb, die Wartung, den Support und die Weiterentwicklung des – IT-Systems Langzeitspeicherlösung als externe Leistungserbringerin sicherstellen kann. Die Anbieterin stellt sämtliche für den Betrieb der angebotenen Langzeitspeicherlösung erforderlichen Applikations- und Softwarekomponenten bereit bzw. weist diese vollständig aus. Die Anbieterin übernimmt alle notwendigen Umsetzungsaufgaben für technische und fachliche Anforderungen und arbeitet mit den Fachspezialistinnen der Auftraggeberin und der Infrastruktur-Providerin der Auftraggeberin zusammen.
