Replacement throttle valve 3601 - as part of the Refurbishment of the Handeck 3 – Rotlaui drive water system

Kraftwerke Oberhasli AG is replacing the 1953 Rotlaui DK 3601 during the Handeck 3 waterway renovation, when the tunnel is drained for major maintenance. The new safety valve is to fit the existing connections and access constraints.
- Deliverables
- Design, manufacture and deliver a Ø2.1 m valve with operating seal, closing weight and oil servomotor, plus tests, commissioning and documentation.
- Contract
- Fixed lump-sum price, unadjusted for inflation; payments are staged, with 10% on contract signature and 30% on acceptance.
- Eligibility
- Provide two recent valve references exceeding 2.1 m diameter and 2 bar, plus two such references per key person.
- Award
- Technical solution 50%, price 40%, and supplier and key-person references 10%; presentations may be requested.
- Watch out
- Fixed prices bind; delay penalties start at 1% and add 0.5% per calendar day, capped at 20% of contract value.

Die Kraftwerke Oberhasli AG beabsichtigen im Rahmen des Sanierungsprojekts des Triebwassersystems Handeck 3, den Triebwasserstollen im Sommer 2028 zu entleeren. Während dieses Zeitraums werden umfangreiche Revisionsarbeiten durchgeführt, unter anderem in den Drosselklappenkammern Rotlaui. Die Drosselklappe DK 3601, die aus dem Jahr 1953 stammt, soll dabei durch eine neue Sicherheitsdrosselklappe ersetzt werden. Beschränkend wirkt dabei insbesondere die Zugangstür zur Apparatekammer. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst die Planung (Engineering, Bemessung), Fertigung und Transport der neuen Drosselklappe, Ø2.1 m, mit Betriebsdichtung, Schliessgewicht und Ölservomotor.
