The Zentrale Beschaffungsstelle Facility Management & Mobiliar (ZBS FM&M) is sourcing school furniture to replace existing items and equip new classrooms, enabling decentralized orders by schools and other eligible public bodies.
- Deliverables
- Supply, install and commission chairs, a lounge four-leg chair, multimedia tables and drawing tables; repair and recycle.
- Contract
- Framework agreement with no guaranteed quantities; orders may be as small as one item, at fixed prices.
- Eligibility
- Per lot, provide two delivery references and a repair reference; delivery references must meet lot-specific quantities.
- Award
- Lifecycle costs weigh 35%; concepts weigh 15%, with product evaluation also scored.
- Watch out
- Offers must accept the contract and the Canton of Bern’s terms without reservations.

Der Kanton Bern, vertreten durch das Amt für Grundstücke (AGG) und das Mittelschul- und Berufsbildungsamt (MBA), schreibt die Beschaffung von Schulraummobiliar für den Ersatz von bestehendem Mobiliar sowie die Ausstattung von neuen Schulräumen aus. Gegenstand sind: · Los 1: Stühle · Los 2: Vierfussstuhl Aufenthalt · Los 3: Multimediatisch · Los 4: Zeichnungstisch Anbieter können Angebote für alle Lose einreichen. Mit den Anbietern, welche den Zuschlag erhalten, wird ein Rahmenvertrag abgeschlossen. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf die Lieferung einer gewissen Menge an Mobiliar. Über den vorliegend zu beschaffenden Rahmenvertrag sollen Verwaltungseinheiten der kantonalen Direktionen – insbesondere Schulen – autonom d.h. dezentral Mobiliar beziehen können. Weitere Nutzniesser können andere Träger öffentlicher Aufgaben, Gemeinden und weitere berechtigte Institutionen der öffentlichen Hand sein. Die Lieferung erfolgt im Kanton Bern. Die kleinste Liefermenge ist ein Möbelstück.
