armasuisse Immobilien führt als Bauherrenvertreter Bauvorhaben im Spannungsfeld von Ökologie, Ökonomie, Gesellschaft und Politik. Die Leistungen des beauftragten Bauökonomen beinhalten im Sinne der SIA 112 und der SIA 102 alle Aufgaben rund um die Wirtschaftlichkeit, Kostenplanung und Lebenszykluskosten eines Gebäudes. Insbesondere prüfen Sie die Investitionskosten, ermitteln Lebenszykluskosten und erstellen Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen. Des weiteren beurteilen Sie Konzepte und Berichte mit Blick auf die Lebenswegkosten.
