Die fünf zwischen 1900 und 1906 erbauten Stadthäuser sind im Inventar der Denkmalpflege aufgeführt. Die Liegenschaften werden derzeit von einer Büro- und Labornutzung wieder in Wohnraum umgewandelt. Der Auftrag umfasst die Lieferung und Montage von Trockenschüttungen in den Wohnbereichen sowie gebundenen Trockenschüttungen in den Nasszellen, einschliesslich aller erforderlichen Arbeiten für eine fachgerechte Ausführung.
