VGD, ALV is procuring three LC-MS/MS systems to expand environmental testing capacity and replace an ageing instrument, supporting routine analysis and methods development.
- Deliverables
- Supply three identical LC-MS/MS systems, including installation, commissioning, staff training and two optional PFAS kits.
- Contract
- Payment: 90% on delivery and 10% after acceptance; a trade-in option is offered.
- Eligibility
- Offer in German; provide two recent Swiss laboratory LC-MS/MS references and meet all mandatory technical requirements.
- Award
- System performance carries 60%, price 30%, and supplier references 10%; a sample-test presentation is assessed.
- Watch out
- Offers bind for 12 months; provide at least 12 months’ full-service warranty and spare-parts availability for 10 years.
