Der Kanton Basel-Landschaft wird auf dem 1.8 km langen Abschnitt auf der Haupt- und Rheinfelderstrasse in Birsfelden ein Infrastrukturprojekt realisieren. Die Tramgleise werden erneuert, der Strassenkörper wird von Fassade zu Fassade neu erstellt und im Untergrund werden Werkleitungen verlegt. Für eine effiziente und zielgerichtete Kommunikation während den nächsten Planungsphasen und vor allem der 4-jährigen Realisierung der Baumassnahme müssen die betroffenen und involvierten Stakeholder rechtzeitig und zielgerichtet informiert werden. Für die Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation sollen die Kommunikationsdienstleistungen vergeben werden.
