- Each phase covers architecture, engineering, sports lighting, landscape and sports-facility planning, sustainability and specialist coordination.
- Contract
- The fee is a lump sum, quoted separately for Phase A and Phase B.
- Award
- Price carries 30 %, references 60 % and the assignment analysis 10 %.
