- Prestations
- Les prestations couvrent processus métier, modèle de données, répertoires, rapports, extraits, intégrations, API et contrôles automatisés.
- Contrat
- Offres en UAH hors TVA, avec équivalent en USD ; paiement uniquement en UAH.
- Aptitude
- Sont requis des projets comparables achevés au cours des trois dernières années, du personnel qualifié et du matériel de développement sécurisé.
- Adjudication
- Pondération : expérience 35%, équipe 25%, équipement 10%, délai des prestations 10%, prix 20%.
- Points d’attention
- Documents de l’offre et échanges contractuels en ukrainien ; code source et données personnelles conservés dans des environnements conformes en Ukraine.

The International Charitable Organization “East Europe Foundation,” under the Swiss-Ukrainian program “E-Governance for Accountability and Participation” (EGAP) and at the request of the Ministry for Restoration, Infrastructure and Transport of Ukraine, invites contractors to provide modernization services for the Unified State Information and Communication System “State Register of Property Damaged and Destroyed as a Result of Hostilities, Terrorist Acts and Sabotage Caused by the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine” (hereinafter – modernization of the RPDD ICS). The purpose of modernizing the RPDD ICS is to expand the Register’s functionality to support the collection, accumulation, recording, processing, exchange, storage, and protection of information on damaged and destroyed property.
