SIMAP

The official Swiss platform on which the Confederation, cantons, and municipalities publish procurement notices.

On SIMAP, Switzerland's official public procurement platform, contracting authorities at federal, cantonal, and municipal level publish their tenders. Bidders can obtain documents, ask questions, and, depending on the procedure, submit their bid there.

To see the tender documents, a bidder has to create a profile, join the right company role, and click "express interest" on the relevant publication. Only then do the documents become visible. A profile can save up to ten saved searches to catch relevant publications automatically.

SIMAP is not an analysis or drafting tool. Publication and submission run through SIMAP, while internal qualification, requirement analysis, and bid drafting stay organized by the team itself, for example with Sealio.
