Building technology tenders (HVAC, electrical) in the canton of Zurich

In the canton of Zurich, building technology contracts come from three directions. The cantonal building department and the city of Zurich's property services tender the trade lots of their new buildings and refurbishments by BKP code, from electrical systems (BKP 23) to heating and ventilation (BKP 24) and plumbing (BKP 25). The Federal Roads Office's Winterthur branch awards operating and safety equipment for the motorways, such as photovoltaics and charging infrastructure. The utilities EKZ and ewz buy grid and metering technology, and there are maintenance contracts for ventilation and water treatment plants on top.
